WisdomTree Prices $603.75 Million Convertible Notes Due 2031 to Fund Atlantic House Acquisition

07:30 AM EDT, 03/24/2026 (MT Newswires) -- WisdomTree ( WT ) said Tuesday it priced $603.75 million of 4.50% convertible senior notes due 2031 after purchasers exercised an option to increase the size of the offering.

Net proceeds are expected to total about $591.2 million, WisdomTree ( WT ) said. The company plans to use about $200 million to help fund its acquisition of Atlantic House, it said. About $302.7 million will support exchanges of its 2029 convertible notes, it added.

According to the company, the notes mature Oct. 1, 2031. They carry a conversion price of $21.58 per share, it said.

WisdomTree ( WT ) also said that it agreed to exchange $75 million of its 2026 notes and $275 million of its 2029 notes for cash and shares. The company said it expects a one-time loss of about $105 million tied to the transactions.
