04:36 PM EST, 11/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- WISeKey International ( WKEY ) announced late Tuesday its intention to change its place of incorporation from Switzerland to the British Virgin Islands.

The cybersecurity firm said the redomiciliation will be carried out through a cross-border merger of the company with and into a British Virgin Islands subsidiary, WISeKey BVI.

The company expects to seek various regulatory and shareholder approvals in the Q1 of 2026.

Following the redomiciliation, WISeKey BVI will have a primary listing on Nasdaq and a secondary listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange.

The company's current American depositary share, or ADS, program will be terminated, and holders of the ADS will receive WISeKey BVI ordinary shares in exchange, it added.
