Workday Partners With TeamBuilder to Optimize Healthcare Staff Scheduling

10:56 AM EDT, 09/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Workday (WDAY) said Thursday that it has partnered with TeamBuilder, a healthcare staff scheduling solutions provider, to offer predictive scheduling tools for ambulatory care providers.

The collaboration integrates Workday's enterprise financial and workforce management systems with TeamBuilder's AI-powered scheduling engine to match staff availability with patient needs, according to the report.

Through the partnership, TeamBuilder will expand Workday's HCM and Finance into ambulatory scheduling to help hospitals optimize staffing, said the company.

The company added that the platform can cut labor costs by 8 to 14% while improving efficiency and patient access.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
