09:03 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- World Kinect ( WKC ) said Wednesday that its unit has agreed to acquire Universal Weather and Aviation's Trip Support Services division for $220 million.

The total consideration consists of $160 million in cash payable when the deal closes, which is expected within 60 to 90 days, and $60 million payable over four years, the company said.

World Kinect ( WKC ) said the acquisition is expected to be 7% accretive to its adjusted EPS in the first year after closing, with additional accretion expected over time as synergies are realized.

The company said it expects to achieve $15 million in annual net cost synergies by the end of the second year after closing.
