04:55 PM EST, 01/09/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wynn Resorts ( WYNN ) said Friday it named Craig Fullalove as chief financial officer, starting April 1.

He will succeed Julie Cameron-Doe, who notified the company of her decision to retire as chief financial officer effective March 31 and to retire as an officer effective June 1, according to a filing.

Cameron-Doe will remain with the company as a consultant and a non-executive director of Wynn Macau.

Fullalove was most recently chief financial officer and chief administrative officer of Wynn Resorts' ( WYNN ) Macau operations and its Hong Kong-listed unit, Wynn Macau, the company said.
