09:26 AM EDT, 08/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Xiao-I ( AIXI ) said Wednesday that the previously stated change of the ratio of its American depositary shares to ordinary shares will be effective on Friday.

The ratio will change to one ADS to three ordinary shares from a ratio of one ADS to one-third of an ordinary share, the company said.

For holders of its ADSs, the change in ratio will be equivalent to a one-for-nine reverse ADS split, Xiao-I ( AIXI ) said.
