XPLR Infrastructure Agrees to $1.40 Billion Debt Offering

07:58 AM EDT, 03/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- XPLR Infrastructure ( XIFR ) said Thursday it has agreed to a private offering of $1.40 billion of senior unsecured notes due 2031 and 2033 by its XPLR Infrastructure Operating Partners subsidiary.

XPLR said it would add the net proceeds from the sale of the notes to its general funds for use in capital expenditures and repayment of outstanding debt.
