09:08 AM EST, 01/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yerbae Brands (YERB-U.V), a plant-based beverage company, on Friday announced new partnerships with Carlson Distributing, Bison Beverage, George's Distributing, and Craig Stein Beverage to service Smith's Food & Drug locations across the western United States.

The company said it will be available in more than 100 Smith's locations across the region through these new agreements and that this expansion aligns with the strategic growth plans of Safety Shot , which agreed to buy Yerbae.

"Partnering with Carlson, Bison, George's, and Craign Stein is an exciting step in our mission to provide more consumers with Yerbae's refreshing and energizing beverages," said Yerbae Chief Executive Todd Gibson. "We're thrilled to expand our footprint and make Yerbae available to even more consumers throughout these 7 states."

Shares of the company closed down $0.020 or 9.8%, to $0.1850 on Thursday on the TSX Venture Exchange.
