Yum! Brands Promotes Ranjith Roy to CFO

08:18 AM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Yum! Brands ( YUM ) said Tuesday that Ranjith Roy has been named chief financial officer, succeeding Chris Turner, who is set to become chief executive officer on Oct. 1.

Roy joined the company in 2024 as chief strategy officer and treasurer.

The company also said that Sean Tresvant has been promoted to chief consumer officer and CEO of Taco Bell. He joined the company in 2022 as the global brand officer at Taco Bell.

In other appointments, Jim Dausch was named chief digital and technology officer, the company said. Dausch is currently the global chief digital and technology officer at Pizza Hut.
