11:15 AM EDT, 07/31/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Yum! Brands ( YUM ) said Wednesday it plans to roll out voice AI technology at Taco Bell drive-thru locations throughout the US by the end of 2024, with plans to extend it globally.

Voice AI is being introduced at more than 100 Taco Bell drive-thrus in 13 states to enhance operations and customer experience through intuitive technology and data-driven insights, the company said.
