10:37 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- YY Group ( YYGH ) said Friday that it has acquired MediaPlus Venture Group Pte., a digital marketing and web development firm based in Singapore and Malaysia.

The company said it expects the acquisition to contribute an additional $20 million in revenue over the next three years. Financial details of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

Shares of YY Group ( YYGH ) were down 12% in recent trading activity.
