HOUSTON, May 21 (Reuters) - Zachry Holdings, Inc.
, one of the companies building Exxon's Golden Pass
liquefied natural gas plant in Texas, on Tuesday filed for
bankruptcy citing challenges at the project.
The company initiated the voluntary court-supervised

Zachry Holdings said it was pursuing a structured exit from
the project and expects to have sufficient liquidity during the
Chapter 11 process.
