10:34 AM EST, 01/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Thursday it has acquired Pensacola, Florida-based KJM Land Surveying, which will serve as the base for the Southeast region of its drone-as-a-service, or DaaS business.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

The company said KJM's acquisition is part of its strategy to disrupt the land surveying industry by using drones from its ZenaDrone subsidiary.

Shares of ZenaTech ( ZENA ) were down more than 3% in recent trading.
