07:55 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of Jacksonville, Florida-based A&J Land Surveyor.

The company did not disclose the financial terms of the transaction.

The deal marks ZenaTech's ( ZENA ) 10th acquisition for its drone-as-a-service business as the company aims to acquire and establish 25 drone-as-a-service locations by mid-2026.

Founded in 1995, A&J specializes in surveying projects across aviation, utility, and infrastructure.
