12:26 PM EST, 01/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ZenaTech ( ZENA ) said Thursday it has completed its acquisition of Weddle Surveying, a land survey and civil engineering firm expected to form the base of its expanding drone-as-a-service operations in the Pacific Northwest.

Portland, Oregon-based Weddle will add more than 200 customers for ZenaTech ( ZENA ), the company said, adding that it plans to develop other drone applications including wildfire monitoring and fire management.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed on Thursday.
