06:39 AM EDT, 09/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zepp Health ( ZEPP ) said late Thursday it has acquired core assets and intellectual property of Wild.AI, a women's wellness platform.

Under the deal, Zepp Health ( ZEPP ) will acquire proprietary technology and select leadership team members from Wild.AI, the company added.

Wild.AI uses physiological and hormonal data to deliver personalized training, nutrition guidance and recovery status for women, the company said.

Zepp Health ( ZEPP ) said it will continue supporting the Wild.AI app for existing iOS and Android users while beginning a global rollout of its features on Amazfit devices.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Zepp Health's ( ZEPP ) American depositary shares were down over 3% in recent Friday premarket activity.
