04:56 PM EST, 11/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zeta Global ( ZETA ) said late Monday that it has raised its 2025 and 2026 guidance after completing its acquisition of Marigold's enterprise software operations.
For Q4, Zeta now expects revenue of $378.8 million to $381.8 million, including $15.8 million from Marigold, representing 20% to 21% year-over-year growth.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet had expected $364.9 million.
Full-year 2025 revenue guidance was increased to $1.289 billion to $1.292 billion, reflecting 28% annual growth, compared with FactSet estimates of $1.27 billion.
The company also raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to at least $1.73 billion, including at least $190 million from Marigold, representing 34% year-over-year growth.
FactSet analysts had expected $1.54 billion.
Zeta said that adding Marigold Loyalty, Cheetah Digital, Selligent, Sailthru, Liveclicker, and Grow will expand its global footprint and enhance its AI marketing platform.
Shares of the company were up 7.4% in after-hours trading.
