02:02 PM EDT, 05/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zodiac Gold ( ZAUIF ) said Wednesday it launched a detailed mapping, channel sampling, and rock chip sampling program at its Alasala target, part of the company's flagship Todi Project in Liberia.

The fieldwork comprises the compilation of all surface data, exposed shear zones, and hard rock artisanal gold mining sites displaying visible gold, and historical data.

The program is expected to provide insights into the geology and mineralization of the area, the company said.

The company's shares were last seen up C$0.01 to C$0.135 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
