Zscaler Fiscal Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Rise; Lifts 2026 Outlook; Shares Fall After Hours

04:23 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zscaler ( ZS ) reported fiscal Q1 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $0.96 per diluted share, up from $0.77 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.86.

Revenue for the quarter ended Oct. 31 was $788.1 million, up from $628.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $773.3 million.

The company guided for fiscal Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.89 to $0.90 on revenue of $797 million to $799 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $0.89 and $795.8 million, respectively.

The company raised fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $3.78 to $3.82 from $3.64 to $3.68 and revenue outlook to $3.28 billion to $3.30 billion from $3.27 billion to $3.28 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $3.65 and $3.27 billion, respectively.

Shares of the company were down 8.7% during after-hours activity.
