Zscaler's Finance Chief Remo Canessa to Retire

06:07 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Zscaler ( ZS ) said Tuesday Chief Financial Officer Remo Canessa will retire, effective upon the appointment of a successor.

The company has begun its search for a new CFO and Canessa will remain with the company through the search and transition period under negotiated terms.

Shares of the company fell nearly 8% in premarket activity.

Price: 191.46, Change: -17.05, Percent Change: -8.18
