ZSpace Shares Debut Above IPO Price in First Day of Trading on NASDAQ

12:13 PM EST, 12/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ZSpace ( ZSPC ) shares debuted on Nasdaq Thursday with an opening price of $5.80, above the initial public offering price of $5.

The shares were recently changing hands at $7.77 apiece, up 55% from the IPO price.

The stock debuted on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol "ZSPC."

The IPO consists of 1.9 million shares being offered by the company and an option for an additional 281,250 shares to cover over allotments.

The company had also registered up to about 2 million shares of its common stock for resale by two securityholders.
