How Kronos solutions help boost workforce management

With a history of building solutions to manage companies’ most valuable resource, their people, Kronos has consistently helped businesses raise employee engagement and drive operational efficiency. This year, at their annual event, Kronos Live they unveiled their product’s latest innovative integrations and showcased the most effective ways of boosting workforce management with an impressive lineup of speakers and panelists.

In his opening dialogue, Kronos’ Country Manager James Thomas talked about the unprecedented changes in technology and how it can aid people in facing business challenges. Kronos’ keynote speaker Neil Solomon, VP Sales-LATAM, APAC further went on to shed light on the importance of workforce management systems for a business and its impact on a company’s overall productivity. Director APAC, Customer Support, Tom Asonitis also revealed the many steps Kronos is taking to provide their customers with a superior experience; from hiring the best technical minds to helping them expand their skill sets.

When guest keynote speaker, author and screenwriter Chetan Bhagat took to the podium, he had the audience in splits. With a dash of humor, he shared how he successfully expanded his brand by adapting to the disruptions of the digital ecosystem and its impact on the entertainment industry. He talked about how he diversified his career from being a novelist to gaining prominence as a screenwriter for numerous feature films and using social media to reach out to a wider audience while championing societal change.

The most interesting part of the evening was a product demo. Probably one of the most unique ways to present a product demo was the theatrical demonstration of workers using Kronos in a real-time factory environment showcasing the ease of its functionality and usage. It helped the audience gauge the simplicity of the product’s features and the impactful results it can drive for a business. Vanaja Kodungallur, Director - Business Consulting, Kronos further gave a detailed demonstration of the new features.

Several customers shared their case studies as well.

Chocolate and confectionery products manufacturer Ferrero’s Tushar Parkhe, Country GM IT, spoke about how Kronos helped in boosting employee engagement.

Pharma company Natco’s Prabhakar Rao, Sr. GM IT & IS, mentioned how Kronos helped his company minimize workforce compliance risk through workforce management.
