12:15 PM EDT, 11/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
Our 12-month target of $75, cut $6, reflects a combination of our relative valuation and DCF models. On a relative basis, we apply a 10x multiple of enterprise value to projected 2026 EBITDA, slightly below OKE's historical forward average, on concerns over trade tensions and their possible impact on NGL export demand. That approach yields a value of $81 per share. Meanwhile, our DCF model, using free cash flow growth of 3.5% per year for 10 years, 2.0% thereafter, discounted at a WACC of 6.1%, yields intrinsic value of $69 per share. We cut our 2025 EPS estimate by $0.05 to $5.40 and 2026's by $0.12 to $5.88. OKE is benefiting temporarily from the addition of the Enlink assets, but they contributed, in our estimation, more than 80% of OKE's incremental Y/Y adjusted EBITDA in the third quarter. OKE does have ongoing efforts to improve its cost profile, but those should take on heightened importance when the Enlink transaction reaches the one-year mark (January 2026).
