08:55 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target by $3 to $36, based on an unchanged EV/EBITDA multiple of 13x applied to our revised 2025 EBITDA estimate of $539M (up from $488M). We lower our 2025 EPS forecast to $1.18 (from $1.36) and 2026 EPS to $1.70 (from $1.90). Q1 results were solid, and we are encouraged by W's relatively consistent demand through April. Additionally, the company may not bear as much tariff burden as currently priced into the stock. That said, demand could soften once prices inevitably rise. Still, it is worth asking how much further demand can fall in a category that has effectively been in a recession for the past three years. We also see no reason W cannot continue to gain market share, as it has in recent years. Our concerns are more focused on the company's capital structure and profitability - specifically, its $2.5B in net debt and modest EBITDA margins of around 4%. We believe the 13x EV/EBITDA multiple at which the shares currently trade remains appropriate given the macroeconomic backdrop.
