We increase our 12-month target to $150 from $120, on higher revised EV/S of 15x our 2026 estimate, which compares to the five-year historical forward average (on a next-12-month basis) of 19.5x and the 16x ratio since the company went public in 2015. We keep our 2025 EPS view at $1.45 and 2026 at $1.82. Ahead of Q2 earnings expected on August 6, we think consensus expectations are attainable with potential upside to 2H expectations, as we see a more favorable macro environment and less dire tariff implications.
