Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Hold Opinion On Shares Of Lattice Semiconductor
Sep 23, 2025 7:39 AM

10:05 AM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We increase our 12-month target price to $85 from $55 on a higher revised P/E of 49x our 2027 EPS, above peers and historical (five-year at 47x) to reflect growth prospects and our belief that revenue should sharply recover on a recovery in end markets. We keep our 2025 EPS at $1.05, 2026 at $1.46, and 2027 at $1.74. We continue to anticipate 18% to 20% revenue growth in 2026 and beyond given an attractive product pipeline. This compares to an expected low-single-digit growth pace in 2025 and more than a 30% decline in 2024, as the industry had to adjust in a post-pandemic landscape. Product offerings are expanding LSCC's capabilities in the small- to mid-range FPGA segments, where we believe LSCC has a competitive niche, as we expect customer interest in these offerings to grow. We also like growth prospects tied to AI in data center servers, which should support demand in the communications and computing markets, as well as an increasing focus on embedding its technology within edge-computing devices.
