Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Hold Opinion On Shares Of Qorvo Inc.
May 25, 2025 11:07 PM

06:50 AM EDT, 05/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We cut our 12-month target to $72 from $90, based on its peer discount and below its historical P/E of 11x our CY 26 EPS estimate of $6.54, reflecting expected share loss in the Android ecosystem. We trim our FY 26 (Mar.) EPS estimate to $5.56 from $6.06 and start FY 27 at $6.61. We believe China vendors are aggressively taking share at the mid-/low-end of the smartphone market while competitor pressures remain intense for premium devices. Still, we are optimistic about improving Wi-Fi demand as well as growth prospects tied to the defense and IoT markets. Despite potential loss of Android business over the next two years, QRVO still appears well-positioned to benefit from content gains in future iPhone cycles (we expect content growth of 10% for the iPhone 17 cycle). High customer concentration will remain a risk (Apple 47% of sales). Given the limited upside to revenue ahead, we believe execution on cost cutting initiatives will be imperative to drive margin expansion and EPS growth over the next two years.

Best bond funds for retirement investors
Sep 30, 2024
When it comes to saving for retirement, investors generally use a combination of equity and fixed income investments. If you're young and retirement is still far off, your portfolio is more likely to hold mostly equity (stock-based) investments because you have a long time to make up for any short-term fluctuations in the markets. And then as you approach retirement,...
