04:55 AM EDT, 07/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target price to $110 (from $72), on 13x P/E on our CY 27 EPS view of $8.46, below its 10-year historical forward average of about 14x to reflect our concerns about content share loss across the Android ecosystem and muted end-demand prospects. After the better-than-expected Jun.-Q results, we raise our FY 26 (Mar.) EPS estimate to $6.82 (from $5.56) and FY 27 to $7.61 (from $6.61). We come away from QRVO's earnings call last night with more optimism about structural changes to its cost structure that is driving notable upside to gross/operating margin. Although we acknowledge further revenue pressures tied to Android business loss, specifically in China, we are encouraged by recent margin expansion amid revenue declines and new product offerings that will expand its addressable market size. We remain wary about potential pull-ins amid the uncertain tariff landscape, as well as limited upside to gross margins (guided to 48%-50% in Sep.-Q) given the competitive landscape/downward pricing.
