Research Alert: CFRA Maintains Strong Sell Opinion On Shares Of Lucid Group Inc.
Nov 7, 2025 1:53 AM

04:30 AM EST, 11/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:

We maintain our target of $10. We revise our adjusted EPS estimates to -$10.00 from -$11.15 for 2025, to -$12.00 from -$11.50 for 2026, and initiate 2027 EPS at -$9.15. Following a weaker-than-expected Q3 earnings release, we are maintaining a Strong Sell on LCID shares. LCID posted Q3 adjusted EPS of -$2.65 vs. -$2.76, well below the -$2.13 consensus. Revenue rose 68% to $337M ($16M below consensus), reflecting a 47% increase in total vehicle sales to 4,078 units. On the conference call, LCID said that full-year production would come in at the low end of its previous range of 18K-20K vehicles, which we are skeptical of, as it would require record quarterly volumes in Q4 (by a wide margin). The biggest positive was news that 57.6% shareholder, the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia, agreed to increase its delayed draw term loan credit facility, helping provide additional liquidity. Still, we think the risk of additional financing is high, as cash flow and balance sheet issues are highly concerning.
