04:00 PM EDT, 07/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We raise our 12-month target by $6 to $34, based on a 2026 P/E of 17.0x, a justified discount to GNTX's five-year average forward P/E of 18.3x. We increase our adjusted EPS estimates by $0.15 to $1.80 for 2025 and by $0.05 to $2.00 for 2026. After an extremely strong earnings release, we are raising our estimates and price target on shares of GNTX. GNTX posted Q2 adjusted EPS of $0.47 vs. $0.37 (+27%), well ahead of the $0.39 consensus. Net sales rose 15% to $657.9M ($36.7M ahead of consensus) and gross margin expanded 130 bps to 34.2% (210 bps ahead of consensus). GNTX's gross margin of 34.2% (and core ex-VOXX gross margin of 35.3%) was particularly impressive and demonstrated the effectiveness of the company's margin improvement initiatives despite tariff-related cost pressures. Clearly, the EPS accretive impact of the VOXX acquisition that closed on April 1 was being underappreciated by the Street. We think the GNTX story is back on track, and the stock boasts a compelling mix of dividends and buybacks.
