10:15 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CFRA, an independent research provider, has provided MT Newswires with the following research alert. Analysts at CFRA have summarized their opinion as follows:
We maintain our 12-month target at $350, based on a 2026 P/E of 30x, a justified discount to RACE's 10-year average forward P/E multiple of 40x. Our adjusted EPS estimates remain EUR8.80 for 2025 and EUR10.15 for 2026. On Thursday, Ferrari updated its full-year and 2030 guidance, which disappointed relative to Street expectations. While RACE has a long history of providing conservative guidance, we think it is clear the company is entering a phase of weaker growth, which was the primary reason behind our downgrade of the shares to Sell from Hold in late July. We believe RACE's 2030 portfolio powertrain target of 40% internal combustion, 40% hybrid, and 20% electric vehicles introduces a high degree of revenue and margin uncertainty to the story, raising questions regarding the development cost, and ultimately, the commercial success of these new models. In our view, these questions justify lower target multiples for the stock, and we think the company's plan is likely to be met with pushback from certain shareholders.
