Infosys Ltd, LTIMindtree, Jindal Stainless Ltd and ICICI Securities are among the key stocks that are turning ex-dividend this week.

In all, nine companies that announced interim dividend payouts this month will turn ex-dividend this week, which could prompt investors to pick shares of these companies.

Investors who purchase shares ahead of the ex-date are eligible for getting the dividend payout while stocks usually tend to get corrected after the record date.

In addition to these, three companies, including Jay Bharat Maruti Ltd and BCL Industries that have announced stock splits, will also turn ex-date next week.

Infosys announced an interim dividend of Rs 18 per equity share on October 12 with the record date fixed for October 25. The dividend payout will be on or before November 6.

The company had announced a total dividend of Rs 34 per equity share for the last financial year.

Infosys shares were trading almost flat at Rs 1434.20 on BSE in the afternoon session.

LTIMindtree Ltd has announced an interim dividend of Rs 20 per equity share of Re 1 each for FY24 fiscal. The company has fixed the record date for October 27 for the eligibility of investors for the dividend payout.

LTIM shares are trading lower by 0.54 percent at Rs 5427.40 on BSE.

Jindal Stainless Ltd has declared an interim dividend of Re 1 per equity share with a record date of October 28. The stock will turn ex-date on October 27.

JSL shares surged by more than 9 percent to hit a high of Rs 493.3 on BSE ahead of the ex-date. The stock is trading 5.58 percent higher at Rs 473.30 on BSE in afternoon session.

L&T Technology Services Ltd shares will also turn ex-date on October 27 for the dividend payout of Rs 17 per equity share.

The stock is trading 0.83 percent lower at Rs 4330.40 on BSE.

ICICI Securities has declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per equity share. The ex-date is October 27 for dividend payout.

ICICI Securities shares are trading 1.74 percent higher at Rs 641.70 on BSE.

ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd will also turn ex-dividend on October 27. It has declared an interim dividend of Rs 5 per equity share for the FY24 fiscal.

The stock gained up to 2 percent on BSE before trading at Rs 1,385.85, up by 1 percent, on BSE in afternoon session.
