Global market
There was a bit of regional influence – with other Asian markets also giving up bulk of the early gains. Hang Seng, for example, gave up 1.5 percent from the day’s high. The big debate globally over the last few days, has been if US equities are ignoring the very strong recent data, which would mean more Fed hawkishness.
Locally, with the Q3 results reason behind us, many are looking at full year earnings for FY’23 and FY’24 being brought lower.
Further now all eyes will be on the US session, where equities and the Nasdaq especially have been doing well, even as yields have been moving up aggressively.
