In corporate news, Toyota Motor ( TM ) shares rose 2.6% after the company said Monday it plans to invest $1 billion in its operations in Kentucky and Indiana to expand manufacturing and support electrification.
Sen. Adam Schiff (D., Calif.) and Sen.
