The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 1.2% lower and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was 1.2% higher.

W. R. Berkley ( WRB ) shares were up past 8% after the company said Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance has agreed to buy 15% of its stock through open market purchases or private transactions with third parties.
