The Philadelphia Housing Index fell 0.8%, while the State Street Real Estate Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLRE) rose 0.2%.

Bitcoin (BTC-USD) was up 0.2% at $87,719, and the yield for 10-year US Treasuries was shedding 2 basis points to 4.11%.
