01:19 PM EDT, 10/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Spruce Biosciences ( SPRB ) said Monday its tralesinidase alfa enzyme replacement therapy, or TA-ERT, has been granted breakthrough therapy designation by the US Food and Drug Administration to treat Sanfilippo Syndrome Type B.

Shares were up nearly 390% as intraday trading volume soared to over 22.2 million from a daily average of roughly 8,000.

OneMedNet ( ONMD ) said it selected Palantir Technologies (PLTR) to enhance its AI-backed data platform.

Shares of OneMedNet ( ONMD ) rose 132% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 186.8 million from a daily average of about 6.1 million.
