The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares ( FAS ) was down 2.2% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares ( FAZ ) was 2.5% higher.

Marex Group ( MRX ) shares were up over 5% after the company reported higher preliminary Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue.

Colony Bankcorp ( CBAN ) shares fell by over 1% after the company said it has acquired The Ellerbee Agency.

Deutsche Bank's ( DB ) DWS asset manager said it accepts the fine imposed by the Frankfurt Public Prosecutor's office after a probe found "deficits" related to the company's past environmental, social, and governance statements. Shares of Deutsche Bank ( DB ) were down 0.8% premarket.
