Sector Update: Financial Stocks Lean Lower Pre-Bell Monday

09:19 AM EDT, 05/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Financial stocks were leaning lower pre-bell Monday, with the State Street Financial Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLF) slightly declining.

The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was 0.1% lower and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was up 0.3%.

FS KKR Capital ( FSK ) shares were down more than 2% after the company reported Q1 adjusted earnings of $0.41 per diluted share. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.44.

Kaspi.kz (KSPI) stock was up more than 2% after the company reported Q1 net income and revenue that topped analysts' expectations.

Carlyle Secured Lending ( CGBD ) shares were down more than 2% after the company said it swung to an adjusted loss in Q1.
