The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares ( FAS ) was down 0.4% and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares ( FAZ ) was 0.5% higher.

UBS Group ( UBS ) Chair Colm Kelleher has privately discussed moving the bank's headquarters to the US with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent, the Financial Times reported, citing three people familiar with the conversation. Shares of UBS Group ( UBS ) were 0.3% lower pre-bell.

KKR (KKR) said it provided a $750 million financing to energy and infrastructure company Chandra Asri Group. KKR shares were down 0.5% premarket.
