08:54 AM EDT, 05/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks were steady pre-bell Tuesday as the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) and iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) were recently unchanged.

Oscar Health ( OSCR ) rose past 16% after it reported Q1 earnings of $0.62 per diluted share, swinging from a loss of $0.18 a year earlier.
