The iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) decreased 0.1%.

In corporate news, Johnson & Johnson ( JNJ ) will pay $700 million to settle allegations that it misled consumers about the potential health hazards of its talc-based baby powder, the Oregon Department of Justice said Tuesday. Its shares fell 0.2%.
