Centene ( CNC ) was up 0.4% after it reported higher Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue. The company also raised its adjusted EPS forecast for the year.

AbbVie ( ABBV ) was up 0.7% after it reported higher Q1 revenue and raised its full-year adjusted EPS forecast.

Pfizer ( PFE ) was 0.8% higher after saying the US Food and Drug Administration approved Beqvez, its drug to treat adults with moderate to severe hemophilia B who meet certain requirements.
