Sector Update: Health Care Stocks Mixed Premarket Tuesday

09:27 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Health care stocks were mixed premarket Tuesday, with the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund ( XLV ) down 0.2% and the iShares Biotechnology ETF (IBB) 0.3% higher.

Novo Nordisk ( NVO ) shares were up more than 3% after the company said a phase 3 Redefine subanalysis found once-weekly cagrilintide 2.4 mg produced mean weight loss of roughly 11.8% versus 2.3% with a placebo at 68 weeks.

Oscar Health ( OSCR ) shares were down more than 5% after the company said it priced its private offering of $355 million of 2.25% convertible senior subordinated unsecured notes due Sept. 1, 2030, upsized from $350 million.

Corbus Pharmaceuticals ( CRBP ) stock was up more than 6% after the company said its head and neck squamous cell carcinoma drug CRB-701 was granted Fast Track designation by the US Food and Drug Administration.
