BioVie ( BIVI ) shares fell by over 53% after the company priced an offering of 1.96 million shares and warrants at a combined price of $1.53 per share and associated warrant, with target gross proceeds of $3 million.
Catalyst Pharmaceuticals ( CPRX ) shares were up more than 2% after the company said its sub-licensee in Japan, DyDo Pharma, has received approval from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare for the commercialization of Firdapse tablets for the treatment of patients with Lambert-Eaton Myasthenic Syndrome, or LEMS, in Japan.
Bluebird bio (BLUE) said it is launching a restructuring plan to reduce its workforce by 25%. Bluebird bio shares were 2% higher premarket.
