09:11 AM EDT, 05/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks advanced premarket Friday, with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) up 0.5% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF ( XSD ) 1.3% higher recently.

Lyft ( LYFT ) shares were up over 11% after the company reported that it swung to Q1 earnings as revenue rose during the period.

Pinterest ( PINS ) shares were 11% higher after the company reported higher Q1 non-GAAP earnings and revenue.

Ubiquiti ( UI ) shares rose past 4% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income and revenue.
