SailPoint ( SAIL ) stock was down more than 3% even after the company reported fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue that topped analysts' expectations, and raised its fiscal 2026 outlook.

CoreWeave ( CRWV ) shares were down more than 1% after the company priced a private offering of $2.25 billion of its 1.75% convertible senior notes due 2031, upsized from $2 billion previously.

Nvidia ( NVDA ) has received clearance from US President Donald Trump to export its advanced artificial intelligence chips to China. Shares of Nvidia ( NVDA ) were 0.5% higher pre-bell.
