Intel ( INTC ) shares were up 6% after the company said it expects to swing to non-GAAP earnings in Q4 after reporting a loss in Q3.

Apple ( AAPL ) was down nearly 2% even after the company reported higher fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings and net sales.
