Sector Update: Tech Stocks Fall Premarket Wednesday

09:11 AM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Technology stocks were falling premarket Wednesday, with The Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) 1.3% lower and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF ( XSD ) down 0.8%.

NCino ( NCNO ) shares were down more than 33% after the company reported late Tuesday lower fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings.

BlackBerry (BB) stock was more than 21% lower after the company reported flat fiscal Q4 adjusted net income year over year as revenue fell.

Valens Semiconductor ( VLN ) shares were up over 7% after the company said its VA7000 MIPI A-PHY-compliant chipsets will form the in-car sensor to compute connectivity infrastructure for Mobileye (MBLY)'s EyeQ 6 High automated and autonomous production programs.
