CoreWeave ( CRWV ) will supply Meta Platforms ( META ) with $14.2 billion worth of computing power under a new deal signed by the two companies, Bloomberg reported, citing an interview with CoreWeave ( CRWV ) Chief Executive Officer Michael Intrator. CoreWeave ( CRWV ) shares were up 9% premarket.

Spotify Technology ( SPOT ) said it has appointed Gustav Soderstrom and Alex Norstrom as co-chief executive officers, with CEO Daniel Ek to assume the executive chairman role, effective Jan. 1. Spotify Technology ( SPOT ) stock was down more than 2.5% pre-bell.

Wolfspeed ( WOLF ) shares were up more than 36% after the company said it had completed its financial restructuring and emerged from Chapter 11 protection.
